Cheese 101 at Murray’s Cheese Shop in the West Village tonight was deeeelicious.
7 cheeses, bread, Marcona almonds, dried fruit, and an endless number of glasses of red wine and champagne later, we were walking out of Murray’s with shopping bags and giggles.
The best moment of the night was around glass 2 or 3 of champagne with Jen clearly stating:
“I want to go to Vermont and roll around in cheddar cheese.”
